      WOW!!! you hit the nail on the head…. you made this exactly the way the Ethiopians make it…. i have searched a lot for Ethiopian recipes but never did i find a recipe with authentic ingredients… maybe because many people find it a bit complicated… like you said its about finding the right ingredients…
