Roasted Spicy Summer Vegetable Medley

1 cup halved grape Tomatoes
1 pound asparagus tips
¼ cup diced red bell Peppers
¼ cup diced yellow bell Peppers
1 medium onion peeled and cut into 1 inch wedges
6 cloves of garlic (peeled)
½ tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Chicken bouillon
2 tbsp Peanut Oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss around to make sure the vegetables are evenly coasted with seasoning and oil. Place ingredients in a grill basket or metal mesh wire sieve. Place in preheated grill (about 350 degrees) and cover grill. Cook for about 10 minutes. Serve hot along with other grilled food.
